October 2021

The concerned citizens who reside in the Roxborough Park Foundation oppose the proposed development of PA 12 & 13, also known as the Homestead. As of October 15, 2021, we have signatures from 211 neighbors who support our position to preserve and protect this area within the foundation.

Our mission is to preserve & protect the tranquil and treasured Red Rocks. Our intent is to find a solution that works for all involved, including the landowner. This would involve, but is not limited to, working amiably with the current private landowners, to place this parcel into a land trust, a designated open space, or conservation easement.  This would compensate the landowners, and permanently preserve and protect this untouched natural wonder for all.
